Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

Responsibility Deliverable: 

• Overall HR Functions include Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Communication, Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities. 
• Will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing the profile, screening, shortlisting, coordination on interview, pre-post joining followup, onboarding & Induction 
• Maintaining daily/monthly/annual reports 

Measurement Metrics 

• Number of 40 connected calls in a day.
